[/b] whoever said the french were hopeless romantics obviously lied to you. alecsander is neither romantic nor sweet. he'd sooner chew you up and spit you out than to deal with you. he bites his tongue for no one, and frankly doesn't care who it is he insults. he can be a cold hearted bastard at times, and nearly tolerable at others. there's rarely a day when he's actally a caring person. alec isn't one to get attached to people. quite the contrary. he takes pride in being able to say he can run off anyone except his parents. stubborn as a mule, he's never been one to back down from anything at all. he sees what people tell him he can't do as a challenge. he will make it a point to not only do it, but to do it five times better than they had anticipated in the first place. at times, alecsander can be spoiled and picky. but he comes by it honestly, for his parents made it a point to spoil the boy as he grew up.

REACTIONS: alecsander grew up in a house only second to the queen of england. his father was a lawyer, his mother a doctor. and while it left them little time with the two children they had, he never had a lack of people to entertain him. he was always the one to demand attention and affection from his staffers, yet was horribly protective over his little sister. he'd bring her wherever he went, giving her whatever it was her little heart desired. he aspired to be like both of his parents, both respected and helpful. he found his mother's trade interesting, but not quite to his liking. his father, on the other hand, was a well-educated man. and alec didn't think he could tolerate all the schooling a laywer required. he went to school, deciding on his trade by one simple fact- the people he was medicating? he held their lives in his hands. and that's the kind of power alec strives for.
