Everything looks good except they do not have their abilities until they are taken to Chaspel Heights and testing begins, from where they gradually gain them, though only to a believable level :) no superheros or anything like that. It comes from their energy source, and certain abilities such as manipulating something orhhealing oneself, can tire the character until they get a grasp on it. Let me know when you fix her history to accommodate that, and I'll take another look :)
